As a born and raised Yukonner (Northern Canada), I've always been very intrigued by Polar Issues. In 2005, I helped start the Youth Steering Committee for the upcoming International Polar Year. Since then, I've embarked on further education, in the form of Masters in Paleontology and Genetics, looking at the history of Caribou in North America.
